Shipping Information

STANDARD DELIVERY INFORMATION

For in-stock merchandise:

  • Eastern and Central Time Zones: allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Mountain and Pacific Time Zones: allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. For faster delivery, please use our affordable expedited delivery options: Rush Service, 2nd Day Express or Next Day Service.

ReelSkinz Made-to-Order Apparel Shipping

All ReelSkinz apparel is handmade to order and produced individually rather than pulled from existing inventory. Because of this, processing times are longer than standard retail shipping.

Current production time is approximately 6–12 business days before shipment. Once shipped, standard USPS transit time is typically 3–7 business days depending on location.

Please note that total delivery time may be approximately 2–3 weeks from the order date during normal production periods.

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order has been completed and scanned by USPS.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery time is business days for Continental United States.
  • Delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Rates include standard rate plus surcharge unless noted otherwise.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, will not be shipped until Monday.
  • Expedited delivery is not available for shipments outside the Continental United States.

Rush Service - Available for in-stock merchandise ordered by 2 PM Eastern Time by phone or Internet. Not available for all items. See item details for exclusions.

2nd Day Express - Available for in-stock merchandise ordered by 2 PM Eastern Time by phone or Internet. Not available for APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Not available for all items. See item details for exclusions.

Next Day Service - Available for in-stock merchandise ordered by 2 PM Eastern Time by phone or Internet. Not available for APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Not available for all items. See item details for exclusions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Canada - Orders are shipped at standard shipping rate depending on carrier. Allow additional time for delivery.
  • Other International - Special rules and restrictions apply for International orders. International shipping rates are standard shipping rate depending on carrier. Allow additional time for delivery.
  • All non-US orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees. Contact your local Customs Office for more information.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Some oversized items require additional shipping charges. For those items, the additional amount added to the standard shipping charge is shown in the item details.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, & GUAM

Additional charges may apply for both oversized and freight items.

CARRIER IMPOSED SURCHARGE

Total charge for the order may include carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc.) imposed surcharges during periods of high volume shipping. When imposed, this charge will appear in your checkout summary and will be labeled as applicable.
